When booking appointments, the Receptionist may ask for a brief reason for the consultation to ensure that these appointments are used appropriately. During a telephone appointment with the doctor, it may be useful to switch to a video call. The surgery video appointment system works well on smart phones and on PCs with webcams.
Please be advised Clinicians may speak with you sooner or later than your pre-booked telephone appointment depending on activities on the day ie. sooner as patient cancelled; later due to delayed appointments.
