When we are closed - out of hours
When our practice is closed you can still get support. You can get expert medical advice and useful information by calling NHS 111 or through 111 online.
The NHS 111 service is available 24 hours a day and can provide patient information, issue prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, book a GP appointment, and if necessary, refer people to emergency services.
You can also visit a local pharmacist (chemist) and ask for advice.
In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999 or attend local hospital A&E department.
7 Day GP Access
8.00am to 8.00pm GP Access 7 days a week for residents in North Southwark
GP Federation (Quay Health Solutions CIC) have worked with other local practices to provide access to a doctor 7 days a week at a central hub location in North Southwark.
This is not a walk-in service. An appointment can be booked at this hub by a Clinician or reception staff at East Street if it is right for you. For some patients, for instance those with more complex needs, it is more suitable to be seen at East Street. You would also need to agree to share your medical records with the hub on arrival.
Please ask at the practice for more information or visit www.quayhealthsolutions.co.uk/enhanced-access-service.
