Healthwatch Southwark is the first point of contact for anyone with an issue, question or enquiry related to healthcare in the area. This is a confidential service; you can remain anonymous if you choose to.

Sexual Health Screening
Sexual Health London (SHL) is London’s new sexual health e-service that provides free and easy access to sexual health testing via the internet and local venues.
The service is available to people aged 16 and over who are residents in most Boroughs of London which includes our borough - Southwark from 1st July 2018.
The confidential service provides testing for a range of sexually transmitted infections including chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C via samples you can collect at home.

Child Health Checks
Parents and carers, you can now complete the Health Check online if your child is aged 0 to 15 years and has asthma, constipation, eczema, or epilepsy: cyphp.org/health-check
Completing the Health Check takes about 5 minutes. It will ask you about your child’s condition and their general wellbeing.
Afterwards, you will receive a summary of your child’s results and a Health Support Pack. This pack contains top tips on how you can support your child to manage their condition better, and community resources you may find useful. Your child’s summary will also be added to their health record, to support your child's health team to better understand your child.
The information you provide will not be used for any other purposes without your consent.
