Patient Access

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

As a result of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, the surgery has temporarily removed online appointment booking for the time being. This is to enable us to ensure that only those patients not currently deemed to be at risk are seen on the premises. If we do identify a potential risk, you may be advised to contact 111 or receive a telephone consultation instead. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
