On 1st July 2024, East Street Surgery will provide services from Harold Moody Health Centre.  East Street Surgery will be based on 1st floor of the building:

East Street Surgery
Harold Moody Health Centre
60 Thurlow Street,
London SE17 2GN

You should shortly receive further communication from South East London Integrated Care Systems.  Meanwhile, East Street Surgery will continue to provide services here at 301 East Street as normal until 28th June 2024.
