Masks & Distancing from 19th July 2021 Posted or Updated on 31 Jan 2022

Dear Patient

Throughout the Pandemic we have strived to make the surgery as safe as possible for our patients, staff and visitors. We have remained open throughout and will continue to do so. We have stuck to the Standard Operating Procedures as mandated by NHS England and these have not changed in advance of 19th July 2021.

We need you help to continue to keep everyone safe. Nothing will be changing at 301 East Street Surgery, so we ask kindly that you continue to wear a mask and maintain social distancing when attending at the surgery. Please also continue to use the hand sanitisers here. Our staff will continue to clean their rooms in between seeing patients and they will still be wearing PPE.

We appreciate that this is frustrating but we must protect the sick and vulnerable patients who attend here. Some patients have still not been fully vaccinated. For these reasons and the fact that COVID 19 has not gone away it would be wrong of us to remove the safety precautions we have in place.

Please help us to continue to keep everyone safe.

Thank you from all of us at
